'NMHAW is 20 Years Old!'

Welcome to the website of Nottingham’s unique Mental Health Awareness Weeks, now in its 24th year!

Mental health problems can affect us all. This annual programme of events aims to reduce stigma and promote greater understanding of mental health and wellbeing.

To capture the spirit of MHAW, to mark our 20th anniversary we made a short film, which you can view on the right (switch to full screen for best view!).

The 2016 MHAW programme will be posted here in September. (Event organisers: please email details to Pam cc Rosemary asap for inclusion in printed programme; late events can be added to website right up to the start of the Weeks.)

In the meantime, the 2015 programme remains posted below to give a flavour of our activities & inspire future events. This year's MHAW programme promises to be as lively and diverse as ever. So, as our logo says, ‘Take Time 4 Your Mind’ and perhaps with others, think how your workplace or organisation could get involved. Keep in touch!
